Who We Are

RRA Partners brings over 25 years of experience to clients in helping them improve workforce readiness for global business success. Many services we currently provide have been requested - even architected by clients to address challenges they face in their workforce development and deployment strategies. Services include:

Expatriate Assignment Support - for international assignees. RRA is not a relocation management company but a partner with the client's choice of relocation provider offering the following services to ensure a successful deployment:
  • Destination Services for Expatriate Employees - hands on, personalized support for the inbound families including: familiarization during the 'look-see' phase and complete settling-in support including: home finding, school registration, banking, driver's license, social security paperwork and other necessary requirements.
  • Language Tutoring and Translation Services - providing competent, certified teachers anywhere in the US and rapid turnaround for birth certificates, marriage licenses and other mandatory documents - in any language.
  • Cultural Training - delivering expert training for the family members to assist in their adaptation in the host country including: support for the business needs of the employee and the daily living needs of the family.

Multicultural Workforce Development - expert support for the client multicultural team to ensure their ability to perform well in the diverse environment of today's business. Tailored to the client specific situation, this includes a series of training and coaching encounters designed to remedy cultural conflicts or misunderstandings impeding the success of the enterprise.


Recruiting Assistance - for the new hire - or relocating candidates - to convince the target talent of the desirability of Michigan - specifically the Detroit Area of Michigan as a place to relocate their career and families. We provide the welcoming reception and area familiarization tours that positively influence the employment decision.
  • International Intern Support - similar business case, addressing the need to pay attention to work/study students to ensure the most positive view of the employer and community with the intention of ensuring permanent employment.

House Watch Services - a service for the home of the departing employees taking temporary assignments elsewhere. Considering the current state of the real estate market and the absence of "loss on sale" benefits, the inability to get out from under the mortgage while staying "whole" has prompted this service. While not property management in the traditional sense, this service manages the care and all of the required maintenance of the property until the homeowner returns.
